Wi-Fi GSM Roaming
PROTEI WGP enables GSM operators to efficiently integrate voice traffic networks using VoIP technology into their own infrastructure. The platform allows mobile operators to deploy a whole array of convergent services related with the real-time authorization and billing of Internet, IP telephony and other telematic services provided by NGN networks (WiFi and others).
This platform allows inter-standard roaming between NGN and GSM networks.
Using the WGP platform, the operator can efficiently develop additional business lines involving the construction of broadband networks and the deployment of varied FMC solutions, providing corporate clients with the ability to, for example, use WiFi within the office and GSM outside with the same number and same account in both networks.
